Mosques across Australia will be welcoming neighbours, schools, families, and visitors of all faiths for the annual National Mosque Open Day. Over 30 historic and contemporary mosques—including Auburn Gallipoli Mosque, Lakemba Mosque, and the Australian Islamic Centre in Newport—will open their doors for an inspiring day of community friendship and cultural discovery. The Australian National Imams Council (ANIC), in coordination with major grand mosques across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, ACT, and Tasmania, is pleased to present the unified national prayer and fasting timetable for Ramadan 1447 AH / 2026. This coordinated schedule incorporates precise astronomical calculations and confirmed moon sighting protocols.
